V02 part 1

At 21:08 V02 'Attencion' or 'Spanish Lady' appeared buried deep in noise!
I have included this recording as there is some apparent jamming during her
transmission? (jamming= deliberate attempt to stop the transmission being
heard)
The jamming is unlike anything I have heard before and I would be interested in
peoples observations on this alone? It started at 21:37 but seemed only to be
on
USB
(The watery background sound is an effect of high levels of DSP.)

On the recording V02 6855 4.3.5 21.37 a.mp3 you can hear our lady reading her
numbers then suddenly the jamming starts, you then hear my radio bleep as I
switch to LSB to get away from the noise.
